After a stint as a sportswriter out of college, Steve honed his sales, marketing, and operations skills in the Telecommunications sector with companies such as Comcast, Showtime, and TV Guide Networks. Steve, who is located in the corporate headquarters in New Jersey, oversees all sales and fulfillment operations nationwide for Threshold and its parent RCH Companies, where he has been since 2003.

Located outside of Boston, Joel joined parent RCH Companies in 2004, following a career in publishing. He currently oversees Threshold operations and strategic direction across multiple business sectors. Joel is responsible for developing and growing client relationships, team building, and managing Threshold P&L.

Erin got her start in the cable TV industry with roles in marketing, account management, and business development, working for several top brands, including Showtime and The Golf Channel. Erin joined Threshold’s parent company in 2009 to help develop a new Telecom business for field sales and collections before transitioning over to Threshold in 2014. Erin is focused on developing new business opportunities – particularly in the energy and home services space – utilizing Threshold’s nationwide resources to help clients like Smart Rent, Duke, and Honeywell meet their goals.

After working in production management in the Film & TV industry, Brian started with Threshold in 2011 as a project manager. Working closely with public utilities, retail energy providers, and implementers, Brian has worked to hit client goals and ensure superior customer experience. He has launched successful campaigns in both the marketing and technical space for partners including TRC, ICF, Arizona Public Service, Duke Energy, NextEra Energy, Salt River Project and Honeywell among others.  Brian oversees national operations for Threshold’s work in Demand Response and Energy Efficiency.  He is based out of New Jersey. 

Larry joined Threshold’s parent company, RCH, in 2000. He managed multi-region sales and technical contracts for Comcast amongst other telecom companies. In 2014 Larry began with Threshold, where he oversaw canvassing and home energy audit efforts for the state-wide Energizing Indiana Energy Efficiency program. Larry now oversees demand response programs across the country; he is based out of Houston, TX.

With more than 25 years in the energy efficiency industry, Clay currently oversees program delivery, technical operations, and customer-focused solutions across residential energy efficiency initiatives for Threshold in the Kentucky market. He previously managed the WeCare Program at SEEL, LLC for nearly a decade, leading large-scale community-based efficiency programs throughout Louisville. A certified BPI Proctor, Clay also holds the BA-T, BA-P, and Healthy Homes Evaluator credentials, reflecting his commitment to high standards, training, and healthy home practices.

Kayt began working in the Telecom industry as a dispatch supervisor after graduating Rutgers University in 2010.   She has extensive experience in Office Management, Human Resources and building, launching and overseeing the back-end processes which drive field operations.  She joined the Threshold team in 2023 and has worked to increase efficiencies,  transparency and accountability throughout Threshold’s operations in the energy space.
